Cost: Free shipping on order over HKD500. HKD50 of shipping fee will be applied to orders under HKD500.

DELIVERY TIME
We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48-72 working hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us, subject to stock availability, stock location and quality checks.
Hong Kong
In Hong Kong, orders are delivered 5.5 days a week, excluding Sundays and statutory Public Holidays.
Rest of World
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, subject to international courier delivery times in your country.
Restrictions on Palo Santo Products
For palo santo essential oil products (including spray and roll-on), we can only deliver to Hong Kong. Any order with shipping address outside of Hong Kong will be cancelled due to delivery restriction.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All countries are shipped to on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that if your parcel must go through customs clearance, any additional charges incurred shall be borne by you.
Our courier will contact customers about the details of any import duty to pay. Customs policies vary from region to region, we advise you to contact your local customs authority to determine the cost of import tax and duties of your order prior to your placing orders with us.
SHIPPING
It can be sent to an address selected by you. (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box)
We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48-72 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us.
ÄYA’s teams will try their best to meet these estimates but cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met.
ÄYA insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by ÄYA. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.
ÃYA provides free shipping on all orders above HKD500 for Hong Kong addresses. On the Hong Kong site, orders under HKD500 will be subjected to a shipping fee of HKD50. On the international site, orders will be subjected to a shipping fee of HKD250. ÄYA reserves the right to update its shipping policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.
If you refuse a shipment from ÄYA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ÄYA. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please contact us for your shipping and handling questions or comments.
IN-STORE COLLECTION
To add convenience and flexibility to your shopping experience, you can order online and opt to personally collect, or send a representative for your purchase from a pre-designated ÄYA store.
This service is available for orders placed in Hong Kong and to be collected from Hong Kong: LAB Concept. Admiralty or The Southside, Wong Chuk Hang.
Simply select the Pick Up In Store option on the Shipping page at Checkout. This option will only be displayed if your selected shipping country is Hong Kong. We will notify you once the order is ready for pick up. You will have 2 weeks time to collect it in designated store.
To collect your order present your order confirmation and the credit card used to make the purchase or, a photo ID of the person named as collecting on your behalf.
You would be notified with a shipment e-mail once we confirm the parcel is ready for pick up. The tracking number is an indication of the collection store and arrival date, it is not a trackable number with any courier.
INSURANCE
ÄYA insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by ÄYA and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
