Lliclla (pronounced: yeek-ya) is a word in Quechua which also means mantle.

The lliclla is worn as protective coverings, sheltering skin from the elements. They are also used to carry harvested foods and dye plants, firewood, and babies.

Quechua is an endangered indigenous language from the Inca Empire spoken by people throughout the Andean Region.
